From Grandmas Scrapbook

At Rebel Ranch, our story is rooted in a deep connection to the rugged beauty of the west and a passion for independence.

Raised in Utah, founder Taia McGinnis found herself in the world of horses from a young age.  Weekends were spent at the racetrack with her dad, watching horse races, and in the stables, where she learned to care for her horses by cleaning stalls and preparing for competitions.

Her journey led to achievements including winning state and world championships.  Her horses Smoky, Page, and Lace became a symbol of her dedication.

Summers Spent Ranching

Co-founder Pat McGinnis’ childhood. Summers were spent on his grandfather’s cattle ranch in Wyoming, spanning 34,000 acres of mountain landscape.  From dawn to dusk, he worked the land alongside his grandpa, driving tractors, bailing hay, and learning the ins and outs of the ranch. These experiences instilled in him a respect for the land and a strong work ethic that would later shape Rebel Ranch.
